Stefan Menz appointed new member of the DVS TECHNOLGY AG Board of Directors - handover of CFO function

After successful and long-standing activities, Mr. Axel Loehr, graduate industrial engineer, who has been Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of DVS TECHNOLOGY AG since 2008, will leave the company as a member of the Executive Board upon expiration of his contract on July 31, 2020. However, Mr. Loehr will continue to work for the DVS TECHNOLOGY GROUP as Commercial Managing Director of PRÄWEMA Antriebstechnik GmbH and BUDERUS Schleiftechnik GmbH.

As his successor, the Supervisory Board has appointed Mr. Stefan Menz, LL.M., CVA as a new member of the Executive Board of DVS TECHNOLOGY AG as of July 1, 2020. Mr. Menz will be responsible in the CFO function for the areas of Finance, Accounting, Controlling, Legal, Investor Relations and Purchasing.

The Executive Board of DVS TECHNOLOGY AG will be composed as follows in the future:
