The Chairman of the Executive Board of DVS TECHNOLOGY AG, Mr. Josef Friedrich Preis (CEO) and Mr. Bernd Rothenberger (CSO) will resign from the company as of July 1, 2021 as requested.

The Executive Board mandates of Mr. Josef Friedrich Preis and Mr. Bernd Rothenberger will end as per contract on June 30, 2021.

The Supervisory Board and the Management Board would like to thank Mr. Josef Friedrich Preis and Mr. Bernd Rothenberger for their many years of successful cooperation. Mr. Josef Friedrich Preis and Mr. Bernd Rothenberger have led the successful development and internationalization of the DVS TECHNOLOGY GROUP and have guided the Group through challenging times. Mr. Josef Friedrich Preis and Mr. Bernd Rothenberger have thus laid the foundation for the future success of the DVS TECHNOLOGY GROUP. Both gentlemen will remain associated with the DVS TECHNOLOGY GROUP.

The Supervisory Board and the Board of Directors wish Mr. Josef Friedrich Preis and Mr. Bernd Rothenberger all the best for the future.

Furthermore, the Supervisory Board of the DVS TECHNOLOGY AG appointed Dr. Christoph Müller-Mederer as a new member of the Executive Board as of April 1, 2021. Dr. Christoph Müller-Mederer will succeed Mr. Josef Friedrich Preis as of July 1, 2021. Until then, Dr. Müller-Mederer will be introduced to his future function as CEO as Co-CEO by Mr. Josef Friedrich Preis and Mr. Bernd Rothenberger.

The Executive Board will thus again consist of three members from July 1, 2021, together with Mr. Stefan Menz LL.M., CVA (CFO) and Mr. Mario Preis (CTDO).
