Dr. Christoph Müller-Mederer represents both the technology-driven side of the DVS Group as well as customer orientation and business: The internationally experienced executive has both a doctorate in mechanical engineering and a degree in industrial engineering (TU Darmstadt) and has enjoyed a long professional career in mechanical and plant engineering – most recently as CEO at Voith Paper, and prior to that as CSO and CFO of WAFIOS AG.

He was born in 1971 near his current location in the Rhine-Main area.

Stefan Menz, LL.M., CVA (born in 1965, residing at Frankfurt am Main) was appointed Chief Financial Officer of DVS TECHNOLOGY Group in July 2020. His current term will expire on 30 June 2023. He is responsible for Finance, Accounting, Controlling, Legal, Investor Relations, Purchasing, Risk Management, Internal Control System and Sustainability (ESG).

Mr. Menz is also the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Pittler Maschinenfabrik Aktiengesellschaft, Frankfurt am Main (DE0006925001).

Mr. Menz joined DISKUS WERKE AG, Frankfurt am Main, now DVS TECHNOLOGY AG, (DE0005538607), Dietzenbach in 2008. He became authorized officer to implement a service center for accounting, tax, and group reporting. Since DISKUS WERKE AG is a listed company, he was responsible for all stock exchange law issues and investor relations, M&A transactions, restructuring and their regulatory framework. Furthermore Mr. Menz was promoted to Managing Director (CFO) of Pittler T&S GmbH and DISKUS WERKE Schleiftechnik GmbH in 2016. In addition, he was one of the initiators of DVS Universal Grinding in 2016.

Before joining DVS TECHNOLOGY Group, Mr. Menz held different senior management positions since 1992 in the metal, wood, plastic processing industry, at Contec GmbH, Ludwigshafen, a member of REXAM PLC Group (US0584981064), and Managing Director (CFO) at Windo GmbH, Mutterstadt. Mr. Menz has also gained vast experience as university lecturer of nine years until 2018, teaching HGB/IFRS Accounting, Taxation and Corporate Law at University of applied science Economy & Management, Frankfurt am Main and Nürnberg. Mr. Menz earned his Master of Laws from Westfälische Wilhelms Universität of Münster and his bachelor’s degree in corporate law and finance from UAS Economy & Management Essen, Germany. His postgraduate studies in recent years include a degree as Certified Valuation Analyst (NACVA/EACVA) and specialist in international tax law from the Chamber of Tax Consultants in Munich, Germany.
